Welcome Samuel Turner, Marketing & Communications Intern!

I am delighted and honored to have the opportunity to join the Ronald McDonald House Charities family as the Marketing and Communications intern for this Spring semester. I am currently attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a major in Communication Arts: Communication Science and Rhetorical Studies. This semester, I was interested in finding an internship that would allow me to gain foundational experience in working with media and marketing. When I found out that the Ronald McDonald House was looking for interns, I immediately applied. When I was a child, my family and I stayed at RMHC while my sister was struggling with serious health issues. The Ronald McDonald House provided a home and support to us. Their support and resources allowed my sister to get the care she needed, and it allowed us to be with her along the journey of recovery.

This opportunity of interning with the RMHC-Madison is a way for me to give back to the community and home that helped my family and me. I am so excited and grateful I have this opportunity to help in various ways throughout the organization.
