Sending love, cookies, and appreciation to our healthcare partners

What better way to send love and gratitude than with sweet treats delivered with a smile!
The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Madison (RMHC-Madison) staff and volunteers delivered more than 200 cookies and cards to healthcare workers and staff at partner hospitals including the American Family Children’s Hospital, UnityPoint Health – Meriter, and SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Madison for Valentine’s Day. Thank you to Crumbl Cookies in Madison and Sun Prairie for donating these treats and helping us send love to our tireless providers.
“We appreciate our partner hospitals and what they do every day to support and care for our families. We wanted to bring joy to their day and let them know that they do not go unnoticed and are loved,” said Kelly Ruppel, RMHC-Madison Executive Director.
RMHC enables and promotes family-centered care, a critically important part of caring for and supporting, children with serious medical conditions. Our programs help keep families emotionally and physically involved in their child’s healthcare in partnership with our local hospitals.
Healthcare workers of every level and specialty contribute to RMHC-Madison, helping us expand our program capacity and impact by serving on the RMHC-Madison board of directors and volunteering their time and services within our programs.
We could not be more grateful to be a part of this network of support for families in Madison.
