Meet Elise, our New Director of Development!

We’re so excited to introduce our newest team member, Elise Zielicke! As our new Director of Development, she will help us turn awareness into action by inspiring the financial gifts that RMHC-Madison needs to support the growth of our organization while bringing comfort to our families. Read on for a special message from Elise. 

“Hello, RMHC-Madison Family! 

I’m Elise, and I’m excited to be part of the RMHC – Madison family! I hold a degree in Nonprofit Management and Youth Development from the University of Northern Iowa, as well as a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from South University. With nearly eight years of experience in nonprofit development work across Georgia and Dane County, I’m eager to contribute to our mission. 

I live in Milton, WI, with my husband, our wonderful daughter, and our two beloved dogs—an adorable Basset Hound and a spirited German Wire-Haired Pointer. 

I am deeply passionate about supporting children and families during some of their most challenging times, especially when a child’s health is at stake. I truly appreciate the vital role RMHC plays in our community, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the positive impact we make together.
