Madison is diverse and our causes broad, but we are a community defined by a proud commitment to compassionate action. This dedicated and generous campaign leadership team has answered the call to compassion and are helping inspire others in our community to Build on Hope.
CAMPAIGN CHAIRS
“The Ronald McDonald House in Madison was born out of a huge outpouring of community support for the mission. The Building on Hope Capital Campaign is a tribute to our founders and their vision of hope. With the help of our caring and philanthropic community, we can expand the Ronald McDonald House giving more families a place to stay when they need us most.”
John and Coleen Flad, Honorary Chairs
“We are passionate about the mission of the Ronald McDonald House, so when we were asked to serve as co-chairs of the campaign we immediately said YES! Providing a ͞home away from home͟ for families in crisis, improves the likelihood that their sick child will have a favorable outcome. Unfortunately, the demand for the House has outstripped the supply and it breaks our hearts to know that families have been turned away due to lack of space.”
Jay and Katie Sekelsky, Co-chairs
“We believe in investing time and energy into the betterment of our community. We like the partnership between the Ronald McDonald House and the American Family Children’s Hospital, an organization we also support. However, at the core of our involvement is our belief in the mission of RMHC. No family should have additional stress when dealing with the medical implications of a sick child.”
