Happy New Year RMHC Families and Friends!

January 28th, 2022 | Our Impact

Thanks to all of you – RMHC-Madison finished 2021 incredibly strong. We provided 8,248 room nights to families through the Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Room, and offered preventative healthcare services to over 275 children with 130 emergency room visits avoided through the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile. We also added more than 500 new donors!

2022 is lining up to be another very strong year for RMHC-Madison.  With the knowledge that we have your love and support, we enter 2022 incredibly hopeful and optimistic.  The Board of Directors and our RMHC-Madison Leadership Team recently launched a new 2022 Strategic Plan – ‘Solidifying Our Foundation’ to guide the vision, goals, and direction of the organization moving forward.   We lead with our mission, vision, and core values:

Our focus this year is to ‘solidify our foundation’ for the future. We aim to make investments into our operations at the House and Family Room to better support the increasing number of families we serve. This goal includes making critical investments into our staff, our volunteers, and our technology systems. Additionally, we recognize that while RMHC is a well-known brand; many, even in Dane County, do not know where we are located, what we do, or how we serve local families. To improve this, we aim to increase our presence in and around the community and increase advocacy for access to healthcare for children and their families.
