Embracing Collaboration: On the HUNT for Ronald

RMHC-Madison cares for families with children who are ill or injured. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County (BBBS) is committed to youth mentorship. While we may seem to operate in different spheres, there is a shared dedication to serving vulnerable populations and fostering resiliency.
In April, BBBS kicked off its annual event called THE HUNT, a county-wide scavenger hunt designed to ignite outdoor exploration and community engagement. Participants, dubbed “HUNTers,” embarked on a mission to conquer 150 challenges scattered throughout Dane County. From visiting Madison’s iconic landmarks to supporting local businesses and nonprofits, these missions promise a whirlwind of excitement.
One notable inclusion in this year’s THE HUNT is our very own Ronald McDonald statue, proudly positioned in front of the House. This opportunity shines a spotlight on RMHC within our community and serves as a platform to collect pop tabs, a tangible way to support our essential work.
The collaboration between RMHC and BBBS illustrates the impact of community collectives. We’re thrilled to be a part of THE HUNT this year. By teaming up with BBBS, we are building connections and stronger communities.
